The office of the justice minister confirmed Janusz Walus won't be released on parole

The looming arrival of Janusz Walus released early not yet been settled.

Walus, who killed SACP and ANC pioneer Chris Hani in 1993, was expected to be delivered released early Thursday following a Sacred Court request a week ago.

The zenith court decided that the equity serve needed to deliver Walus released early 10 working days. That cutoff time slips on Thursday.

Walus was cut in Kgosi Mampuru Jail on Tuesday evening and has been getting treatment in the jail's medical care office.

The 69-year-old was lining for supper when he was cut in his chest area with a sharp item.
