Can Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool hit the 100 League points set by Guardiola's Manchester City?
It's no news that Klopp's red boys have been crowned the Premier League champion.
Their run to the crown was so impressive and one wouldn't have imagined the tragedy that befall them lately.
After receiving a guard of honour from Manchester city, Guardiola ensured they were dishonoured with Manchester City winning 4-1.
And their performance has not been the same thereafter. Liverpool seems to have totally switched off. Liverpool fans have been expecting a record breaking points. They want and yawn for their club to surpass Manchester city as the club with the highest premier league points.
Although, it's still achievable but Liverpool seems or doesn't look like a team that can break that record.
Manchester city won the 2017-2018 premier league with 100 points and as such there's no team in premier league history that has recorded or accumulated up to 100 points.
The team with the highest points so far are:
Manchester City 100 points - 2018
Chelsea 93 points - 2017
Manchester United 92 points - 1994
Chelsea 91points- 2006
Manchester United- 91points - 2000
Can Liverpool join Manchester City in the league of 100 points?
Yes, they can but they will need to win their remaining matches.
